At Atoll, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home sanctuary, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the items in their original shipping box, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
